Student Property Details

I am a student at the University of Galway, and I will be going away for a year. I am looking for someone to take my place in this accommodation, either for the full year or just one semester (spring 2025 or autumn 2025). Even if you are looking to stay in Galway for longer than a year, it is common for students to stay at this accommodation for a bit, and then move into a house with friends that theyv'e made during the school year. It's a great place to stay temporarily.

The accommodation is only a 15 minute walk from campus, and is located right next to the coach station which means it is very convenient. This place is very comfortable to live in, which is why I would hate to lose it when I come back to Galway in a year. The price is 1260 euro, which includes any bills such as wifi and electricity. The suite has three individual bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. Each room has a desk, a chair, and plenty of closet and shelf space. The kitchen and dining room are shared among the three tenants, which has plenty of space. 

The building has a common area for students to hang out and play games, and there are desks for students who want to study. There is also a group study room that can be booked, as well as a cinema room. One benefit of staying here is that because we are all students, there isn't many issues with noise as everyone is generally well behaved. It is a great place to meet other students outside of your own class as well.
