Available from the start of September until end of May or beyond for two females. Cost is 145 euro per week for 5 days or 580 Euro per month.  That includes all bills. So, electricity, WIFI, water, bins and heating are included in the rent. The two double rooms are available each for one female postgraduate or responsible undergraduate or staff/academic.  You do your own cooking in the kitchen. 

There is an upstairs bathroom with power shower and bath which is exclusively for the use of both tenants.  There is also a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in power shower which you can use (the green bathroom in photo).  It is a large detached, luxury home about 1700 square feet and is owner occupied and a quiet and safe place to live.  You feel you are living in the countryside, but you have all the amenities of Athenry town within a 10 minute walk including Tesco and Aldi as well as nice cafes, a hotel with pool and gym and a pizzeria, creperie, Indian and Asian restaurants.

The home is new with A-rated energy efficiency.  There is constant heat and constant hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen.  The house is in a family-orientated, private development in the town of Athenry.  Athenry town is a 30-minute drive from the University.  Regular, daily train service to Galway from Athenry, trains run each way until 10.30 p.m. Train station is a 10-minute walk from house. Car parking is available. Smoking is not permitted.  No parties or pets.
